A round table and psychological trainings aimed at strengthening the work activity and collective relations of employees have been organized
The Directorate of Protection of Khorezm region held a round table and psychological trainings aimed at strengthening the work and collective relations of employees, as well as maintaining official discipline.
As part of the event, a round table on "Psychological aspects of resolving mutual conflicts and disputes in family relations" was organized with the participation of Associate Professor of Psychological Sciences at Abu Rayhan Beruni Urgench State University and specialist M. Sultanova. Employees of the city and district departments of protection actively participated in the event and received practical recommendations based on real-life examples.
In the second part of the event, the departmentʼs psychologists conducted special psychological trainings for paramilitary personnel, including sand therapy, exercises to stimulate mental activity, and role-playing games to develop social and personal abilities.
Such events help to ensure the psychological stability of employees and create an atmosphere of unity and cohesion in the team.
