In order to increase the efficiency of the work of the staff of the Directorate of Protection of Khorezm region, strengthen team spirit and ensure psychological stability, a round table and psychological trainings were organized.

These events were held in collaboration with the faculty of Urgench State University and management psychologists. During the round table, an exchange of views took place on the topic "Topical issues of personality psychology". The mental states that employees may encounter in their professional activities, as well as methods of overcoming them, were discussed.

During the psychological training, employees actively participated in practical exercises, shared their impressions and developed skills aimed at further improving mutual trust and strengthening relationships in the team. Special attention was paid to the development of communication skills and stress tolerance, which contributes to more effective teamwork.
