In order to strengthen service discipline and ensure the rule of law in the activities of personnel, as well as to timely prevent possible violations during service, another preventive measure was carried out.

The event was attended by representatives of the management staff of the Department of Protection, the Directorate of Protection of Andijan region, as well as employees of city and district departments. During the meeting, key aspects of official activity were discussed, including compliance with official discipline, compliance with internal regulations, a culture of behavior in the service, compliance with traffic rules, ensuring personal safety and maintaining public order.

The effectiveness of each employeeʼs work is assessed not only by the results of their professional activities, but also by the level of compliance with legislation, personal responsibility and compliance with ethical standards. In this regard, special attention was paid to the inadmissibility of actions undermining official discipline and the need for strict supervision by managers.
