A special role in the professional activities of the National Guard personnel is played by joining and adapting to the team, a fixed daily routine and interpersonal relationships. To this end, trainings and seminars are regularly organized aimed at developing and improving the professional skills of employees, as well as strengthening their psychological stability.
For example, the other day, teachers of Chirchik State Pedagogical University organized another psychological training with the participation of personnel of the department of "Protection" of Chirchik city, Tashkent region.
The seminar discussed issues of protection and maintenance of mental health, prevention of factors that harm it.
Then Energyzer games, or warm-up games, were held with the participation of employees.
The main purpose of this training seminar is to raise the mood of employees, create a sense of patriotism, and increase their interest in the profession.
