Psychologists-specialists of the Directorates of "Protection" of Syrdarya and Samarkand regions organized another psychological training in order to strengthen the psychological state of the personnel, as well as further increase the efficiency of work.
During the training, experts talked about how to prevent negative situations, ensure the stability of the moral and spiritual environment in the team, analyze the situation, find ways to solve problems, and also give a correct assessment of their actions.
In addition, individual in-depth psychodiagnostic conversations were conducted. It should be noted that such trainings help to improve the atmosphere in the team, strengthen cohesion and friendship between employees, and increase their efficiency.
