Specialists from the Directorate of Protection of Syrdarya region and Gulistan State University organized another psychological training for employees serving in the Yangiyer Intercity Department of Protection.

The event was attended by Associate Professor of Gulistan State University, Ph.D. in Psychological Sciences Sh.Fayziyeva. During the training, the focus was on the specifics of the employeesʼ work, which includes strict adherence to daily routines, building interpersonal relationships and adapting to the staff. The program of the event covered issues of conflict analysis and resolution both between employees and in family relationships, and also helped in setting professional goals and developing independent decision-making skills.

The training exercises contributed to successful adaptation to office conditions, the formation of professional skills and increased efficiency in completing tasks. They also strengthened the team spirit among the staff.
