A psychological training on the topic "Stress prevention" was organized with the participation of permanent and variable personnel of the Regional Training Center of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
The training was also attended by the psychologist of the center, Major R.Tileumuratov, the psychologist of the Directorate of "Protection", Senior Lieutenant A.Saparniyazov and senior lecturer of the Department of Psychology of Karakalpak State University H.Yuldashova, who conducted training and individual conversations based on projective techniques in order to increase cohesion and improve the efficiency of the service, professional skills and psychological stability of employees.
Along with this, the trainings were aimed at revealing the psychological aspects of the development of professional qualifications and skills through psychocorrective classes, as well as at eliminating various psychological obstacles that may arise in the future. Undoubtedly, this will provide some support in setting goals and making independent decisions.
