A round table was organized with the participation of young employees and their parents
An open and confidential meeting with the parents of the young employees was held at the Directorate of Protection of Bukhara region. The main purpose of the event was to introduce parents to key aspects of their childrenʼs professional activities, as well as to listen to their opinions and suggestions. The organizers sought to strengthen the confidence of parents in their childrenʼs choice of profession.
During the meeting, the participants received detailed information about the order of service in the system, the conditions created for young employees, their duties, service discipline, as well as legal and social guarantees.
The speakers at the event emphasized that every employee should be devoted to the Motherland, physically prepared, disciplined and educated. In this context, parental support plays an invaluable role.
The parents, in turn, expressed their sincere gratitude for organizing the meeting and stressed that they were proud of their childrenʼs choice of profession. They noted that the success of young employees in the service is a source of family pride.
