Psychologists from the Directorate of "Protection" of Tashkent region and Chirchik State Pedagogical University organized a training seminar for employees of the Bekabad interdistrict department of "Protection" aimed at studying the mental state of personnel, suppressing psychological stress and emotional outbursts.
This training was conducted on the basis of programs such as stress prevention, socio-psychological and autogenic training to calm the nervous system.
Using the example of games and real-life examples, experts explained that the more natural and understandable the first words used when entering into interpersonal communication, the faster and easier dialogues with citizens are built and developed.
At the end of the training, detailed answers to all the questions of the employees are given.
