Psychologists-specialists of the Directorate of "Protection" of Ferghana region regularly organize psychological trainings with the participation of personnel, during which issues such as the development of a healthy, moral and spiritual environment among employees and in their families, timely elimination of problems arising in the course of official activity are considered.
Recently, another practical training on the topic "Family: the impact of socio-psychological problems on relationships" was held, aimed at assessing problematic situations among employees, as well as the formation of a healthy psychological environment in the family.
During the training, important information was given on ways to prevent negative situations, ensure the stability of the spiritual environment in the family, analyze and eliminate problems, and correctly evaluate actions.
It should be noted that such trainings serve to improve the atmosphere in the family and team, strengthen cohesion and friendship among employees, and increase working capacity.
