In the Directorate of "Protection" of the National Guard of Jizzakh region was held a meeting aimed at improving staff discipline and preventing various unforeseen situations, as well as improving legal literacy.
The speakers discussed the results of the past year, as well as the mistakes made by some employees, after which the responsible managers were given instructions on studying and suppressing such cases.
Based on the example of each region, the events and meetings held to strengthen the effectiveness of the staffʼs official activities are analyzed. In addition, such aspects as a clear distribution of employeesʼ working hours, constant familiarization with new legislation, conducting official briefings and maintaining working documentation were discussed.
At the end of the event, letters of thanks from the head of the department were presented to the parents of a number of employees who set an example by their exemplary service.
