A meeting was held in the Directorate of Protection of Surkhandarya region under the chairmanship of Colonel B. Zhumaev, Deputy Head of the Department of Protection at the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Personnel and Educational Work.

The main topic of the meeting was strengthening of service discipline. The participants carefully analyzed the cases of violations recorded over the past period, deeply analyzed their causes and developed specific measures to prevent similar situations in the future.

During the discussion, employees were once again clearly explained the need to strictly follow the norms of official discipline, strictly observe internal regulations, demonstrate exemplary behavior in the service and fully comply with legal requirements.

Special attention was paid to strengthening preventive work, both in departments and in individual posts. The participants agreed on the importance of improving control mechanisms and analytical activities in this area.

Following the meeting, the responsible persons were clearly identified and assigned specific tasks aimed at strengthening discipline and improving performance.
