Within the framework of the "Month of Cyberculture Enhancement", regular events aimed at suppressing cybercrimes were organized recently with the participation of employees of the Directorate of "Protection" of the National Guard of Surkhandarya region.
The events were attended by the leadership of the regional National Guard Department and the Directorate of "Protection", specialists of the Cybersecurity Group, employees and workers, as well as their families. The speakers noted that citizens are increasingly becoming victims of scams on social networks. At the same time, they informed what measures must be followed in order not to become a victim of such crimes, and stressed the importance of increasing the culture of effective use of the Internet among citizens. In addition, it was once again noted that personal information and bank plastic cards should not be transferred to unauthorized persons.
At the end of the event, employees were instructed to further intensify such work in the regions in order to prevent cybercrimes and increase the immunity of the population from threats in the cyber world. The participants received detailed answers to all their questions.
