Museum Week: spiritual and educational events for employees
From September 2 to 8, the Republic of Uzbekistan hosts the Museum Week, a large—scale cultural and educational event aimed at popularizing the countryʼs material and spiritual heritage.
As part of this initiative, an educational trip to the ancient city of Khiva was organized for employees of the Directorate of Protection of Khorezm region. The tour participants visited the Ichan-Kala State Museum-Reserve, where they got acquainted with historical monuments, traditional crafts and the national heritage of the region. The trip helped to broaden the professional horizons of the staff and strengthen their respect for the historical heritage of Uzbekistan.
Along with this, an excursion to the Museum of the Memory of Victims of Repression in Navoi was conducted for employees of the Directorate of Protection of Navoi region. The staff had the opportunity to study the historical past of the country more deeply and learn about the exploits of the ancestors who defended the peaceful life of future generations.
These events are aimed at improving the educational level of employees and strengthening their knowledge about the history of their native land, as well as organizing meaningful leisure activities for personnel.
