MUSEUMS – CENTERS OF CULTURAL AND SPIRITUAL HERITAGE
Museums are unique institutions that preserve invaluable evidence of the history and culture of peoples. They act as a link between generations and countries, contributing to the preservation and transmission of cultural heritage.
An excursion to the Scientific and Educational Memorial Complex named after Islam Karimov was organized as part of raising the cultural level of the staff of the Separate battalion for the protection of diplomatic missions of foreign states and forming their respect for the historical heritage of their ancestors. Here they got acquainted with the rich exposition, including unique photographic documents from the personal archive of the first president, his art collection and personal belongings. Special attention was paid to interactive monitors with detailed information about the life and government activities of Islam Karimov. The tour participants were able to see the halls where important state events and diplomatic meetings were held.
In addition, for the listeners of the Regional Educational Center of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, an excursion to the mausoleum of Mazlumkhan Suluv in Khojaly region was also conducted in order to organize their leisure time and develop patriotic consciousness. The participants of the tour got acquainted with the centuries-old history, customs and traditions of the people. They were particularly impressed by the unique exhibits of the museum, historical documents and works of folk decorative and applied art.
Along with this, an excursion to the House-Museum of the Peopleʼs Poet of Uzbekistan Tura Suleiman, located in the Mirzaabad district, was organized for employees of the Syrdarya Regional Protection Department. During the visit, department staff, accompanied by museum specialists, familiarized themselves with the poetʼs life path, his works, archival documents, rare photographs, personal belongings, and video materials. They had the opportunity to look at the work of Tur Suleiman in a new way and were deeply impressed.
Such cultural events are of great importance for the spiritual development of employees, the upbringing of the younger generation in the spirit of devotion to the Motherland, the study and preservation of national traditions and values, as well as their transmission to future generations.
