Within the framework of the "Secure Cyberspace" month, large-scale explanatory work among the population is actively carried out in the regions. For example, recently, employees of the Directorates of Protection of Surkhandarya, Syrdarya and Khorezm regions organized a series of events in cities and districts, where they provided citizens with comprehensive information on key aspects of cybersecurity.

During the meetings, special attention was paid to the issues of personal data protection when using the Internet, rules for the safe conduct of online payments and effective methods of countering cyber attacks. Experts shared practical recommendations, including the need to protect personal information in messengers and social networks, as well as the importance of regularly updating smartphone and computer software.

Specially designed information flyers were distributed to increase the effectiveness of preventive work. The participants of the events received detailed explanations based on real cases of cyberbullying, which allowed them to better understand the mechanisms of threats and ways to prevent them.

Such events play an important role in shaping a culture of cybersecurity among the population, help to identify and prevent various threats on the Internet in a timely manner, and also train citizens in effective methods of protecting personal and financial information in the digital space.
