Literary and educational event dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Mukimi
The Ahmad Ferghani Regional Information and Library Center located in Ferghana city hosted a literary and educational event dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the birth of the famous satirical poet Mukimi.
The event was attended by employees of the Directorate of Protection, youth leaders of the mahallas of Ferghana city and active readers. The participants were impressed by the various forms of representation of the poetʼs work: a video dedicated to the work “Sayohatnoma”, stage performances, poetry reading and song performance.
To test their knowledge of Mukimiʼs work, interactive games "Yes or No?", "Rebus: Find a Work", and "Do you know?" were organized, in which participants answered questions about the poetʼs life and work.
In addition, during the event, employees of the State Museum of History and Culture of the Ferghana Region organized thematic exhibitions that gave the event a special atmosphere.
In conclusion, the organizers presented memorable gifts to the active participants of the event, expressing gratitude for their interest and involvement.
