On the occasion of the 34th anniversary of granting the Uzbek language the status of the state language, various festive events, conferences and meetings are organized throughout our country. In particular, servicemen and employees of the National Guard Department for Namangan region and the Directorate of "Protection" attended the art evening "You are great, my native language!" prepared by pupils of Iskhakhan Ibrat Creative School of Turakurgan district. It should be emphasized that each pupil took an active part in the event, which pleased the audience with stage performances, songs, as well as author's poems in Uzbek.
In addition, members of the Writers' Union and expert teachers took part in this evening, who told the children about how rich the Uzbek language is.
Along with this, employees of the Directorate of "Protection" organized a round table with students on the topic "Language is the mirror of the nation" at the secondary school No. 1 in Namangan.
