As part of the cultural leisure program for employees of the Directorate of Protection of Samarkand region, an educational tour of the historical sights of the city was conducted.

The event became part of a comprehensive plan to organize meaningful recreation for the personnel, including sports competitions and spiritual and educational initiatives.

During the tour, the staff visited the Registan architectural ensemble, the heart of ancient Samarkand. The participants got acquainted with the unique monuments of medieval architecture: the madrasahs of Sherdor, Mirzo Ulugbek and Tillyakori. The Tillyakori Madrasah museum made a special impression, where the tourists learned a lot about the history and features of the architectural complex.
