A round table on the topic "Topical issues of maintaining service discipline among female employees, as well as problems and ways to solve them" was held in the Directorate of "Protection" of Tashkent city.
The event was attended by officials from the Central Apparatus of the National Guard and the Main Directorate of "Protection", responsible for working with families. The speakers noted that today the National Guard system has created all the opportunities and conditions for women to serve effectively, and at the same time, special attention is paid to issues of their social and moral support. In addition, it was noted the need to develop and strengthen the legal knowledge and skills of women and girls, to work on mistakes made during the service. It was especially emphasized that strict maintenance of service discipline is the main task of military personnel and employees.
At the end of the event, a number of female employees of the Directorate of "Protection" of Tashkent city were presented with letters of thanks and memorable gifts from the management of the department for their selfless service and contribution to improving the efficiency of the service.
