The Constitution is a document expressing the will of our people. Each article defined in it is a guarantee of human dignity, rights and freedoms. That's why constitutional literacy is so important.

Recently, the Z.M.Babur Information and Library Center in Andijan hosted an essay contest on the topic "The Constitution is the law of our happiness" among employees of the National Guard Department for Andijan region, as well as the Directorate of "Protection".

During the competition, the participants described in their essays the history of the creation of the Basic Law, as well as the role of our updated Constitution in the lives of citizens.

Following the results of the competition, the participants were awarded by the command of the National Guard Department for Andijan region.
