THE CONSTITUTION IS AN IMPORTANT DOCUMENT THAT FORMS THE BASIS OF SOCIAL NORMS
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, a round table on the topic "Constitution - the law of a happy life" was held recently at the Regional Training Center of the National Guard of the Republic with the participation of the personnel of the center and responsible employees of the Ministry of Justice.
The speakers noted that the Constitution underlies the norms established primarily for human interests and clearly defines the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as their duties.
This document, which is an expression of the freedom of the Karakalpak people, defines all social norms, as well as strong neighborly relations and long-standing fraternal ties.
