Comprehensive study of the effectiveness of protection activities in Khorezm region
On November 20–21 of this year, a republican working group led by the first deputy head of the Department of Protection, Colonel A. Y. Eshkabulov, conducted a comprehensive study of the organization of protection activities in Khorezm region.
During the inspection, the state of security at key facilities in the region was analyzed, including shopping centers, places of mass gathering, entertainment venues, banking institutions, service facilities, and international airports.
Particular attention was paid to issues of staffing the service in accordance with modern requirements. The level of professional training and service culture of employees, the effectiveness of educational work, the nature of interaction with employees and their families within the framework of the “administration – employee – parents” principle, as well as the general state of the working environment in the units were assessed.
As part of the implementation of the head of stateʼs instructions, measures to create a safe environment in mahallas were studied. The inspectors analyzed mechanisms for early prevention of offenses and work to stabilize the crime situation in mahallas of the “red” category. The use of modern technical security measures was noted, and issues related to the activities of rapid response teams and the organization of technical security for residential buildings and civilian facilities were considered.
