In order to form the desire for a healthy lifestyle among young people, as well as the organization of meaningful leisure, the Directorate of "Protection" of Jizzakh region, together with the regional branch of the Archery Federation, organized archery competitions among youth aged 12-13.

Before the start of the competition, qualified specialists conducted master classes for the participants, during which they provided information about the technique and secrets of marksmanship.
Then the young archers tested their skills in the Olympic and team directions of this sport, as well as in shooting from a distance of 12 meters.

The main purpose of the competition is the further development of archery in the region, the creation of sufficient conditions for improving the skills of young athletes, providing qualified specialists for regional and national teams.

Following the results of the competition, the young athletes who won will be enrolled in the archery department of Jizzakh Training Center for Olympic and Paralympic Sports.
