In order to improve Protection activities in Bukhara region, the management of the Directorate of Protection conducted a comprehensive study that covered both the central office and the city and districts Protection divisions. The main objectives were to strengthen the system of protection of protected facilities, increase the combat readiness of personnel, the effectiveness of rapid response teams, as well as improve internal discipline and transparency of official processes.

The study conducted a comprehensive analysis of the current situation. The degree to which employees perform their official duties, ensure security and maintain public order at protected facilities, as well as prevent possible incidents was studied. The efficiency of using available resources was assessed, and problem areas in the organization of security activities were identified. Considerable attention is paid to the prospects of introducing digital technologies into the access control system at the facilities.

Based on the results of the study, proposals and tasks have been formulated aimed at further improving the effectiveness of Protection services and improving the professional activities of employees. At the same time, measures have been developed to eliminate the identified deficiencies in the work of the departments.
