Psychologists of the Directorate of "Protection" of the National Guard of Samarkand region regularly conduct training seminars aimed at maintaining service discipline, forming a culture of behavior and strengthening the legal literacy of personnel.
In particular, a few days ago, another psychological training on the topic "Getting rid of problems and troubles" was held for employees of the department of "Protection" of Samarkand city.
During the training, practical exercises were conducted aimed at achieving mutual agreement between employees and citizens, improving communication, and the ability to properly build a dialogue.
Thanks to the event, the participants improved their professional competence, emotion management skills, and also strengthened their psychological stability.
