A significant participant of the event was Bonu Kalandarova, a lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at the Abu Rayhan Beruni Urgench State University. In her report, she highlighted key aspects of management psychology, focusing on interpersonal relationships, leadership development, and creating a favorable psychological atmosphere in the team.
As part of the practical block, the participants of the training worked out the skills of effective communication in various life situations. Through specialized psychological exercises and role-playing games, employees have acquired the practical skills necessary for successful interaction in a professional environment.
