In order to foster feelings of love for the Motherland, devotion to duty, as well as to increase the interest of the younger generation in books among the personnel of the Directorate of "Protection" of Namangan region, as well as cities and districts departments of "Protection" was organized a competition "Young Book Lover", the participants of which tested their knowledge in 3 conditions.

During the stages, such as the interpretation of works of art, my favorite writer and a free topic, the participants shared their impressions of the works, masterfully performed various episodes, and most importantly – demonstrated their love for literature.

Poems and monologues praising the Motherland, peace and tranquility in Uzbekistan caused applause from the audience and judges.

The winners of the contest passed to the republican stage and were awarded with memorable gifts.
