In order to promote a healthy lifestyle among military personnel and employees serving in the National Guard systems, increase their interest in Olympic sports, as well as the selection of professional athletes in the "Badminton" sports complex in Samarkand city, a competition for the National Guard championship in table tennis was organized.
Athletes of the National Guard units, who arrived from all regions of the republic to participate, fought for victory in two directions: singles and doubles. According to the results of the competitions, full of spectacular and tense moments, the team of the Main Directorate of the "Protection" of the National Guard took second place in the single competitions.
The winners and prize-winners, as well as active participants, were awarded diplomas, medals, cups and valuable gifts from the organizers.
