As part of the program to develop reading culture and strengthen family reading traditions, book fairs and library tours have been organized for listeners of the regional educational centers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Tashkent.

A variety of literature was presented at the fairs: fiction, popular science, childrenʼs and educational. These publications met a wide variety of interests and age categories. The staff enthusiastically purchased books not only for themselves, but also for their family members.

Fascinating events were held in libraries. The participants got acquainted with the best works from various fields of knowledge, received detailed recommendations on their content and practical value. Special attention was paid to the presentations of new books, as well as open discussions about literature, psychology and personal development. The staff actively shared their impressions and thoughts.

The main purpose of these events was to create a sustainable reading culture among employees, stimulating their desire for self-improvement and broadening their horizons. In addition, such meetings have contributed to the development of an intellectual environment and the strengthening of healthy professional competition.
