Today, a trip to the Museum of Victims of Repression of Gulistan State University has been organized for the families of military personnel and employees of the National Guard Department for Syrdarya region and the Directorate of "Protection". This museum contains materials about the repressions that took place in Uzbekistan in the XIX- XX centuries, and also reflects the long-term hard life of the people, the struggle for freedom and independence of our country. In addition, the memory of our compatriots who became victims of mass repression during the authoritarian regime is perpetuated here. The museum, founded with the aim of educating the younger generation in the spirit of love and belonging to the fate of the Motherland, loyalty to the ideas of independence, began its activities on February 1, 2019. During the tour, the families of military personnel and employees received a lot of new and interesting things, as well as got acquainted with archival documents, photographs, objects, books and video materials.
