AN ATTEMPT TO STEAL STATE PROPERTY HAS BEEN STOPPED
On May 12, at 18:35, employees of the Directorate of "Protection" of Navoi region, serving at the gates of Navoiyazot JSC, stopped a DAF car driven by a citizen Makhmudov born in 2000, a native of the Karmaninsky district of Navoi region. During the inspection of a blue open-top container loaded onto a SCHWARZMULLER trailer, the employees found 2 (two) stainless steel heat exchangers, each 6.2 meters long, with a total weight of 19,120 kg, as well as 2 (two) stainless steel heat exchanger covers. Later it became known that the truck driver intended to take out the devices without the relevant documents, as well as without the permission of the chairman of Navoiyazot JSC O.S. Temirov.
As a result of the vigilance of the employees, an attempt to illegally privatize state property in the amount of 48,383,600 (forty-eight million three hundred seventy-three thousand six hundred) soums was stopped.
The investigative task force of the Navoi city police Department was called to the scene of the incident. A pre-investigation check is being conducted on this fact.
