Round tables on the theme “Fighting religious extremism is everyoneʼs duty!” were held in the regional training centers of the National Guard.
Representatives of the National Guardʼs own security department, the Committee on Religious Affairs and the Interior Ministryʼs Department for Combating Terrorism and Extremism were invited to the events, which were part of Crime Prevention Day. During the events, the speakers noted that in todayʼs era of globalization and rapid change, there are ideologies that use young people as a means or even a weapon to implement their destructive ideas, destroy the consciousness of young people and try to sow chaos, especially on the Internet. At the same time, the importance of establishing cooperation and trust between families, educational institutions and law enforcement agencies was emphasized.
At the end of the events, the participants received detailed answers to all their questions.
