The book is an inextinguishable light illuminating the paths of life, a source of happiness, giving meaning to a personʼs life, a faithful friend who accompanies him in any situation. There is no more powerful tool than a book to ensure a personʼs spiritual maturity. That is why, since time immemorial, enlightenment figures and wise people have offered all mankind to read books and learn from them the secrets of science and morals. Today, children are often accused of not reading. But parents, teachers, and librarians sometimes ignore the need to recommend colorful literature to them.

To this end, employees of the Directorate of "Protection" of the National Guard of Namangan region organized an event at the Nodirabegim Regional Information and Library Center, located in Namangan city, with the participation of members of the Book Club.

The speakers presented the concepts of improving the culture of thinking, expanding spiritual intellectual potential, consciousness and worldview, widespread propaganda of reading books, careful preservation of the vast artistic heritage left to us by our ancestors.

At the end of the event, the students expressed their thoughts and opinions on the topic, and also received detailed answers to their questions.
