On the occasion of June 14 – World Blood Donor Day, employees of the Main Directorate of "Protection" and the Directorates of "Protection" of Fergana, Kashkadarya, Syrdarya regions, as well as representatives of other organizations took part in a voluntary blood donation campaign under the slogan "Donate blood – give life".

Thousands of people who are not indifferent to the health of others took part in this charity event organized throughout the republic.

The purpose of such events is to support citizens in need of medical and social assistance, saving their lives by promoting voluntary blood donation, as well as the ideas of humanism and tolerance in society.

The blood plasma of the employees is sent to the Kashkadarya Regional Department of Hematology to help patients with heart defects.
