Recently, the Andijan Regional Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan held in the National Guard Department of Andijan region the regional stage of the intellectual competition "In the footsteps of the ancestors" among military personnel and employees of regional military units and institutions of the Ministry of Defense, the National Guard and the Border Troops of the State Security Service.

During the competition, the teams answered questions on dozens of works of art, such as "Boburnoma", "Horizon", "Jalaliddin Manguberdy", "Security Service in the Empire of Amir Temur", "Mirzo Ulugbek".

Along with this, 10 teams answered questions about martial arts, socio-political, economic and military reforms implemented by our great generals in public and state life.

In this intellectual competition, the participants demonstrated their worldview, knowledge and talent.

According to the results of the competition, which took place in two stages, the team of the regional Directorate of "Protection" with a large margin pulled ahead and took the honorable 1st place, thereby passed into the republican stage.
