In our country, the professional skills of employees are regularly improved in order to raise the activities of the Main Directorate of "Protection" of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan to a qualitatively new level, as well as to ensure reliable protection of objects of citizens, society and the state, property of individuals and legal entities.
To date, comprehensive measures are being implemented to improve the morale of employees of the Department of "Protection" of the National Guard of the Ferghana region.
At the initiative of the Main Directorate of "Protection" of the National Guard, another round table was organized at the Cultural Center of the Akaltyn district of Syrdarya region. Employees of the district and city departments of the "Protection", as well as their families, took part.
A few days ago, a meeting was held with the participation of employees of the Department for the Protection of objects of state bodies of the Main Directorate of "Protection". Officials of the Department of Their Own Security of the Main Directorate of "Protection" and the National Guard took part, and also discussed in detail such issues as maintaining official discipline, strengthening the ideological immunity of personnel against corruption, forming their sense of nobility, improving professional skills, physical and combat readiness.
In order to maintain official discipline and law and order among the personnel and students of the Tashkent Regional Training Center of the National Guard, to prevent cases of gambling widespread on the Internet, a round table was organized jointly with the Committee on Religious Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Tashkent University of Information Technology named after Muhammad al-Khorezmi, as well as the Tashkent Military Prosecutorʼs Office.
The event was attended by the leadership of the Main Directorate of "Protection", telling about the work being done to maintain official discipline, strengthen law and order and legality, as well as about some shortcomings and mistakes made by the personnel. During the meeting, the participants were informed about regular events aimed at educating young employees, strengthening mutual consent and solidarity among the staff, maintaining performance discipline, as well as work to ensure social protection of employees and their families.
On the occasion of Crime Prevention Day, as well as in order to maintain official discipline and strengthen law and order among the personnel, a preventive meeting was organized with the participation of employees and listeners of the Ferghana Regional Training Center.
A number of events and meetings are organized in order to increase the legal knowledge of employees serving in the systems of the Main Directorate of "Protection", to maintain firm official and executive discipline.
