In Kumkurgan district of Surkhandarya region, a meeting was held with pupils, as well as with young people under the protection of the National Guard. The event was attended by the leadership of the National Guard Department for Surkhandarya region and the Directorate of "Protection", officials of the district khokimiyat, as well as heads of other organizations and enterprises.
The speakers spoke about the attention paid to young people in our country, about the conditions created for obtaining high-quality education, as well as about activities aimed at professional training and the disclosure of talents and abilities of the younger generation. Along with this, issues of early prevention of crimes and offenses among young people, spending free time of boys and girls with benefits, and employment of unemployed youth were discussed. The proposals of the participants of the meeting were considered.
A military-patriotic event was also organized within the framework of the meeting. The children were particularly impressed by the exhibition of equipment and special equipment, as well as demonstration performances by National Guard officers.
