The Cynological Service is actively developing in the protection system

In our country, service dogs are widely used to ensure security, reliable protection of public order and facilities of citizens. They successfully cope with solving such complex tasks as solving crimes, detecting narcotic substances and searching for missing persons. The role of dog handlers, who work in tandem with each service dog, engaged in its upbringing and training, is invaluable.

Currently, the Cynological service is continuously developing in the Department of Protection under the Ministry of Internal Affairs and its territorial divisions. It consists of service dogs of various breeds, such as the Eastern European Shepherd, the German Shepherd and the Belgian Malinois. These breeds demonstrate high efficiency in various fields of activity, including the search, protection and detection of dangerous substances.

In particular, the Directorate of Protection of Surkhandarya region has about 10 dedicated four-legged assistants, for whom all conditions have been created for proper care, health maintenance and regular training. To ensure resistance to infectious diseases in service dogs, preventive measures are regularly carried out in cooperation with regional veterinary organizations.

Regular training sessions are organized to improve the skills of dog handlers, and employees undergo systematic retraining. This contributes to a more efficient system operation. The measures taken are aimed at further improvement and development of the service in accordance with modern requirements and standards.
