Military-patriotic events were held in Ferghana under the slogan "My army is my pride!"
Educating young people in the spirit of patriotism is an urgent problem of our time. The National Guard Department for Ferghana region and the Directorate of "Protection" together with the regional Council of the Youth Union organized a review competition for the best work of fine art on the theme "My Army is my pride", an open mental arithmetic championship and an open day for children of military personnel and staff, as well as pupils. During the events, the organizers told the young people about the activities and history of the National Guard, emphasizing that youth is the future of our country.
Then the students got acquainted with the living conditions of the military personnel, as well as with modern equipment and educational materials available in the military unit. The boys and girls watched with great interest the demonstrations of the military and National Guard personnel. The children were even more impressed by an interesting archery master class.
At the end of the events, the winners and prize-winners of the review competition and the mental arithmetic championship were awarded diplomas and memorable gifts from the organizers.
