In order to strengthen official discipline and legality among the personnel of the internal affairs bodies, as well as to create intolerance to violations of the law, preventive measures and meetings are regularly held.

Another such event was held in Denau district of Surkhandarya region. It was attended by the leadership of the regional Directorate of Protection, employees of the Department of Internal Security, as well as representatives of the Departments of of Protection of Shurchi, Altynsay, Denau, Sariasi and Uzun districts.

During the meeting, the current reforms in the system of internal affairs bodies, issues of ensuring official discipline and the suppression of offenses were discussed. Special attention was paid to the culture of communication with the public and internal relationships between employees. In addition, the management analyzed the violations committed by some employees and took appropriate disciplinary measures. At the same time, employees who faithfully performed their duties were noted.

At the same time, it was emphasized that employees should pay primary attention to the culture of communication, serve in strict accordance with established rules and legislation, and follow traffic rules when driving official vehicles. Attention was focused on the fact that the fight against corruption and its prevention is the direct responsibility of each employee.

The heads of departments are tasked with organizing regular preventive conversations with staff, studying the living conditions of employees and conducting training activities aimed at improving legal knowledge and professional skills.
