On March 12 of this year, the principal and the inspector-psychologist of school № 200 of Chilanzar district of the capital analyzed the attendance and academic performance of students, as a result of which they invited citizen M.E., the father of one of the pupils who regularly skip classes and violate discipline, to a conversation.
During the conversation, the school principal and the psychologist inspector asked about the reasons for the childʼs absence from lessons, and also reported on the change in the pupilʼs behavior and informed his father about the need to work together. However, citizen M.E. was only outraged by the current situation and instead of cooperating, he accused the school administration, starting a scandal.
The staff of the rapid response group, who arrived at the school at about 10:17 on the basis of an alarm signal, took citizen M.E. to the district Department of Internal Affairs and drew up a protocol against the man in accordance with article 47 of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility.
