A round table was held in the Department of Protection of Denau district of Surkhandarya region on strengthening official discipline, countering corruption offenses and building a sense of responsibility among employees.

During the event, it was emphasized that strict observance of official discipline and conscientious performance of duties to protect citizensʼ property are key requirements for each employee. The participants in the discussion identified priority tasks, including preventing corruption offenses, ensuring the rule of law in official activities, and strengthening citizensʼ trust in security agencies. Responsible officers are instructed to conduct individual educational conversations with subordinates, study their social and living conditions while visiting their place of residence, and promptly solve identified problems.

Following the results of the round table, recommendations were formulated to strengthen internal control in the departments, increase the personal responsibility of employees at security facilities and pay special attention to the culture of communication with citizens. Special attention is paid to the need to systematize measures aimed at strengthening official discipline.
