Today in Uzbekistan, priority attention is paid to the formation of a personnel reserve of spiritually and morally mature, patriotic, dedicated and honest specialists. Systemic reforms are being carried out in various areas and significant changes are being made to legislation.

In this regard, the Directorate of Protection of Samarkand region held an important preventive event aimed at preventing possible emergency situations during service. The participants of the round table were paramilitary supervisors who successfully passed military professional selection exams for the positions of privates and sergeants, as well as citizens who successfully passed tests in paramilitary security units. The parents of the young employees were also present at the meeting.

During the event, the participants were provided with detailed information about the reforms in the field of occupational safety, favorable working conditions and prospects for professional development. Special attention was paid to strengthening cooperation with the parents of employees, preventing disciplinary violations, preventing road accidents, as well as countering corruption and extortion.

All participants received additional clarifications on regulatory and legal aspects, issues of professional responsibility and official discipline.

At the end, an excursion to the historical Registan Square was organized for the parents.
