A meeting was organized with the recruited employees and their parents
A round table was held at the Directorate of Protection of Surkhandarya region with the participation of newly minted employees of paramilitary protection units who successfully passed the selection tests, as well as their parents.
Representatives of the management of the department and employees of the Internal Security Department familiarized the participants in detail with the current reforms in the system and the created conditions of service. Particular attention was paid to the transparency of the candidate selection process based solely on the physical characteristics, knowledge and potential of young professionals. Attention was also focused on the inadmissibility of participating in fraudulent schemes that are currently widespread.
During the meeting, the issues of preventing violations of official discipline, preventing road accidents, preventing various emergency situations, countering cases of extortion and combating corruption were discussed in detail.
The participants of the event were presented with regulatory documents regulating the service, explained the requirements of the legislation and responsibility for their violation.
