Psychologists-specialists of the Directorate of "Protection" of Samarkand region organized another psychological training for employees of the department of "Protection" of Samarkand city. It is known that a special place in any professional activity is occupied by joining and adapting to a team, a fixed daily routine and interpersonal relationships. In this regard, these training sessions play an important role in adapting to various conditions and developing skills, as well as in improving the professional skills of employees in the course of their official activities, high-quality and timely fulfillment of assigned tasks.
During the training, aimed at eliminating various psychological obstacles, participants strengthened their knowledge about providing certain assistance to employees, analyzing and solving difficulties and conflicts that arise in life and work, in the family, among friends, and also improved their professional qualities again.
