Joint preventive measures are being systematically carried out in Andijan region aimed at ensuring the technical protection of gas filling infrastructure facilities, maintaining public order, strict monitoring of compliance with technical requirements and streamlining traffic.

Another such event was attended by the heads of the regional Prosecutor's Office, the Department of Internal Affairs, the Directorate of Protection, as well as the heads of about 100 gas filling infrastructure facilities in the region.

During the meeting, topical security issues were comprehensively discussed. Special attention is paid to the current state of technical and physical protection of facilities, ways to prevent fires and man-made accidents, as well as the protection of employees and citizens.

The participants of the event were provided with practical recommendations in a number of areas: from maintaining public order and preventing illegal actions to organizing round-the-clock monitoring, effective use of video surveillance systems and increasing employee responsibility.

Representatives of the Prosecutor's Office and the Department of Internal Affairs explained in detail the legal consequences of non-compliance with safety requirements. The specialists of the Protection units informed about the advantages of an integrated approach to the protection of facilities, the procedure for connecting to a unified monitoring system and the overall importance of the measures taken to ensure security.

Preventive work in this area is consistently continuing throughout the republic. Its main goal is to provide safe and uninterrupted public services.
