It has become a tradition for the military personnel of the National Guard and employees of the Directorate of "Protection" to hold events aimed at educating young people in the spirit of patriotism, increasing their interest in military service, and familiarization with the activities of the systems.
So, for example, another similar event, held recently in the National Guard Department for Surkhandarya region, was full of unforgettable memories for pupils of secondary schools in Termez city and youth assigned to the National Guard. At the event, the youth got acquainted with the activities of the National Guard and the "Protection" service, special equipment and equipment used by employees. In addition, the staff told about the duties of service horses and their care, after which the children had the opportunity to walk on horseback through the territory of the department.
During the open day, the participants also learned a lot of new and interesting things about archery, and were also able to demonstrate their marksmanship skills in practice.
At the end of the trip to the military unit, a "Meeting of three generations" took place. Veterans and officers of the National Guard shared their experiences and the main directions of their work.
