In order to spend the free time of young people with benefit, promote a healthy lifestyle and educate the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, the National Guard Department for Syrdarya region and the Directorate of Protection, in cooperation with responsible organizations, conducted military-patriotic and sports events.
During the events held with the participation of high school students of the specialized school of the Bayautsky district, experts familiarized the children in detail with the conditions created for National Guard personnel, the procedure for service personnel and their duties, as well as the reforms carried out in the field. In addition, the concepts of patriotism, the importance of physically strong and spiritually mature youth for our national army are given. It was also emphasized that military service is a sacred duty for every citizen of Uzbekistan.
Competitions in chess, checkers, table tennis and tug of war were also held as part of the events. This served to strengthen friendship and solidarity among young people.
