The book is a source of knowledge
The attitude towards a library or a book has a great influence not only on the intellectual world of a person, but also on his spiritual development. Therefore, the development of a reading culture is important for every social structure.
In order to further develop the reading culture among the employees and increase their interest in fiction, excursions to libraries were organized for employees of the Directorates of Protection of Tashkent and Jizzakh regions, as well as the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
These visits helped to encourage reading and increase respect for the literary heritage. Library specialists told the staff about the best examples of literature, provided an opportunity to get acquainted with the masterpieces of world literature, Uzbek classical literature and specialized industry literature.
Each book in libraries tells its own unique story, contributing to the dissemination of the substantial and spiritual wealth of Uzbek and world literature.
In their thoughts and conclusions, the staff emphasized that the book is a lamp that illuminates the farthest and darkest paths of life. They realized that a book can lead a person to spiritual perfection and discover new knowledge on every page. Inspired by these visits, the employees began to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of books in their lives and their role in guiding people.
